Where we work
Based at Blandford Forum in North Dorset, we are located between Yeovil to the west, Salisbury to the north, Poole and Bournemouth to the east and Dorchester and Weymouth to the south.
We can visit your premises to provide bookkeeping services in Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire. However, we are very happy to talk to you if you are outside of this area, and can offer a remote service regardless of where your business is established.
We can either work at your premises, or provide a collection and return service, taking your paperwork away to process it off site.

We can assist YOUR size of business! Previous experience ranges from preparation of figures for part time workers turning over just a few hundred pounds each year to complete services for multi-currency international businesses with annual sales exceeding £30 million.

Fees
We offer a variety of options to suit your needs.
Hourly rates - the traditional way of charging, still preferred by many businesses.
Daily rates - whether you require us for two days a week or just one day a quarter, we are happy to agree daily rates for our services.
Task based fees - if you need to have your car engine replaced or your kitchen refurbished you would expect to be quoted for the whole job, and we recognise that your requirements may be better suited to an overall price rather than a time based charge.
Fixed monthly fee - a few years ago we all paid our telephone and electricity bills once a quarter and our car insurance once a year. Now most of us pay regular fixed monthly amounts, which helps us to budget for these costs. With this in mind, we can help the modern business by arranging a fixed monthly fee for whichever of our services you require.
Flexibility is the key word - we have no fixed rules. If you would prefer a fixed monthly fee, but would initially like to try two or three months using another method then that is fine. If you would like PAYE work charged on a task based fee, but bookkeeping work charged by an hourly or daily rate then we are happy to accommodate.
